Dear guests, to ensure safety and comfort of the Shiki's guests during their stay, we have outlined some guidelines.

1.Room check in is from 4pm. Check out is until 10pm.

2.Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

3.From 9 PM to 7 AM is the designated quiet time. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful during this period and avoid making noise that may disturb others. Disturbing other guests is not allowed.

4.Please keep the windows closed when using the air conditioning. If the windows are not properly closed, the air conditioning will not work.

5.Our guests must wear appropriate clothes and footwear when moving through the public spaces.

6.It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, flammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals in to the building.

7.Guests may have visitors in their rooms, but they must be registered. Visits are allowed until 8 PM. In the case of extended visit (after 8 PM), an additional charge of 5000 yen per night will apply as a supplement for the next guest.

8.In the event of a fire alarm, immediately exit the room through the entrance, go down the stairs, and evacuate the building.

9.For your convenience we have arranged the parking in front of the building. We take no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking.

10.If you have any suggestions about our service or experience any technical problems in your room, please feel free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of a late notice for any complaints, where we have no opportunity to address the issue, such situations will not be considered as a reason for an accommodation rate discount.

11.Please do not flush large amounts of paper or anything other than toilet paper.

12.It is not allowed to remove room inventory (pillows, blankets, smartphones, etc.) from the room.

13.For your convenience, we have arranged parking in front of the building. However, we take no responsibility for any damage to or loss of your vehicle while parked.

14.In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.

15.We bear no responsibility for any damage to or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, please inform the reception immediately.

16.We reserve the right to refuse further hospitality to any guest who disturbs others or otherwise disrespects the house rules. We assume that all guests have read and fully understood the house rules at the beginning of their stay.

17.For any damage caused by the guest to the property, the guest is responsible for covering the cost of the damage.

18.If these rules are willfully violated, eviction or an appropriate fine may be imposed.

19.In case of damage or theft of items or equipment, the following charges will apply.
-Each IC card：3,000 yen
-Each towel：2,000〜5,000 yen
-Each pillow case, bedsheet, and mattress protector：2,000〜5,000 yen
-Each Duvet：5,000 yen
-Each iron：5000 yen
-Each kettle：5000 yen
-Each hairdryer：10,000yen
-Each blind (including projector screen)：10,000〜20,000 yen
-Each smartphone：25,000 yen
-Each projector：25000 yen
-Each pillow, mattress and bed：3,000〜70,000 yen
-Each furniture, and equipment：Based on the market price at the time
-Any other damages or theft of items and equipment not listed above, as well as damage to the building or common areas, will be charged based on the market value at the time.
